
Human Patterns was incorporated in 1980, providing organizational development, professional development, and professional standards consultation to Law Enforcement and other Public and Private Sector clients. Through the 80’s, we developed considerable traction with Human Patterns, a preference and interest inventory that remains a mainstay of our business. In 1999, we began to help organizations automate professional standards activities. By 2001 we had expanded our consulting services to include development of software for real-time collection and analysis of organizational data – always focused at improving employee performance and reducing risks related to employee behavior.
We have served over 1000 organizations and pride ourselves on thorough, professional, and innovative consulting and software solutions for complex human resources and organizational development issues. We have also developed and market the Human Patterns Software Suite, an integrated suite of professional standards documentation and process management applications.
